Esther Thoele of Stampin' Up will teach you how to use decorative rubber stamps and accessories to make personal greeting cards. Participants will create different themed cards each month. Bring your own scissors and adhesive.

Paid Event Refund Policy

  1. Cancelations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the start of a program to receive a refund.
  2. Trip refunds will be granted only if the vacated spot is filled.
  3. There are no refunds for cancelation of an Evergreen Park Public Library Foundation event.
  4. There are no partial refunds.
  5. Refunds will be paid in the manner tendered; i.e., cash, check, or charge.
