CUB Virtual Utility Bill Clinic

Evergreen Park Library and Citizens Utility Board (CUB) are hosting a free, online utility bill clinic to advise residents on reducing electric, natural gas, cable, internet and phone bills.

Registration is required for this event.  Click here  to register for a time slot for your one-on-one meeting with a CUB representative. Video chat information will be provided prior to your scheduled meeting.

CUB’s clinic, topics will include:

• Spotting unnecessary charges on natural gas, electric, and phone bills.
• Decoding your gas and electric bill, spotting errors, and avoiding scams.
• What to watch for when shopping around in the energy market.
• Energy efficiency programs and rebates that can help cut your utility bills.
• Your options when it comes to phone, TV, and internet.

Please have current copies of gas, electric, telephone, cable, and internet bills for a CUB representative to review.
