This program is full. Feel free to sign up for our waitlist. You will be contacted via email if space opens. Participants are given 40 minutes, a theme, an unfrosted cupcake, and enough frosting and candy to create a masterpiece. The Library's cupcake-eating experts will judge the contest. Prizes will be awarded.
