Event Details

Helen and her husband Mike raised their family in Evergreen Park and were very involved in our community, our schools, and our Library. Helen was a voracious reader and loved films. She served on the Library Foundation Board since its inception. As the owner of Alphabet Soup, a desktop publishing company, she designed the library newsletter for many years. Helen was a dedicated environmentalist who worked to initiate curbside recycling in our Village. We are honoring her commitment to the Library and the environment with Earth Day-related programming.
