Did you know that the average person from the age of 20 to 65 working a 40-hour week will spend 90,360 hours in the work place? If you don’t love what you do, that’s a long time to be unhappy. Why not change your circumstance and find something that you love and are good at?

The beginning of finding your passion is to better understand yourself. This 2-day workshop will help you discover what you’re best suited to do. It starts with taking an assessment called the Core Values Index™ or CVI™.

The CVI™ is a human assessment that provides a description of the innate, unchanging nature of an individual. The difference between the CVI™ and other tools is that the CVI™ measures innate preference (suitability) rather than ability or adaptability. It helps people focus on identifying what satisfies or fulfills them about the work they do, rather than determining whether they are capable of doing the work.

In this 2-day workshop, you will

* take the CVI™ prior to class (it takes only 10 minutes to complete),

* bring your results to class and learn about the 4 core components of the CVI™,

* have a one-on-one session with a certified professional coach to go over your results and create a plan to use this information.

Take the assessment at the link below. Print out your results and bring them with you on Monday, September 24.  http://members.taylorprotocols.com/Tools/CVIGift.aspx?GiftHash=3a0299c5-7e6b-1032-9bb7-4b0f68de2006

Schedule an individualized session on Thursday, Sept 27 with Mark to discuss how your essential nature affects your life.
