Multicultural Book Club Discussion & Refugee Strong Menstruation Kit Project

Read National Book Award Winner When the Stars are Scattered by Victoria Jamieson and Omar Mohamed! Inspired by Omar Mohamed's nine years in an African refugee camp, teens can help out with a Menstruation Kit Collection Project to support young women in refugee camps.  The hygiene product collection begins March 1,  and concludes March 30, at our book discussion.  While we discuss the book, we will assemble kits for Refugee Strong. The community is invited to drop off products in the collection box in the Teen Activity Room.
