Event Details

Joan Zigulich of Yoga Pathway, LLC, will lead a gentle practice incorporating aromatherapy. We will be on the ground, please bring a yoga mat and blanket.

Take time to nurture and create a beautiful practice of self-care. Practice loving kindness towards yourself, this is Restorative Yoga.
