Certified yoga instructor Joan Zigulich of Yoga Pathway will lead you in a chair yoga practice through Zoom. This gentle form of yoga consists of simple movements to strengthen and stretch the whole body all while seated in a chair. You’ll end the practice feeling refreshed and renewed, with a sense of ease in body and mind. Perfect for anyone who is new to yoga and would like to give it a try, also seniors and office workers.
