Drop in to the Library for a different free play activity every Friday after school anytime from 3pm to 4:45pm.  For kids in 5th grade and younger.

Join us anytime from noon-4pm to make handmade cards for kids who are hospitalized.  Children, teens, and adults are welcome.  We'll send the cards to the Chicago organization Cards for Hospitalized Kids (

Love Goosebumps, Fear Street, and other works by R.L. Stine? Come make creepy crafts with us and watch ILA’s Still Afraid of the Dark: An Evening with R.L. Stine screening.   

Join us to make something fun with your little one.

Mother McAuley art students have created Portraits of Inspirational Women to celebrate Women's History Month.  Meet the talented artists, peruse the beautiful exhibit, and enjoy light refreshments.
