Christine is a lifelong Evergreen Park resident and has been taking photographs for as long as she can remember. She loves being outside in nature and photographing what she sees. She will share the beauty she finds outdoors, and much of what she photographs is right here in Evergreen Park! She will also share her journey as a photographer, and talk about how she finds beauty and joy even on the dark and sometimes dreary days of winter. She will also touch on the benefits that can be gained just by being outdoors. Part of her journey as a photographer included embarking on a 365 project, meaning she took, edited, and shared a photo a day for 365 days in a row. During that year she learned to look more closely at the world around her and to find beauty in places and things that she had normally overlooked. She will share photographs from that year and beyond, and her goal is to inspire you to find the hidden beauty and joy in your surroundings wherever you happen to be.
