Pathlights (previously known as PLOWS) offers programs and services to help people 60 years and over and adults with disabilities living at home. They offer integrated solutions to help individuals maintain their health, dignity, and self-worth in the community, ensuring independence in their homes for as long as possible. Pathlights is a premier human service organization that has been serving Southwest Suburban Cook County residents for 45 years. Join us to learn more. Learn more about what Pathlights has to offer.
