Bill Savage has an interest in the history of urban food and drink. Among the more ridiculous storylines in Chicago street-food culture is the idea that anyone who puts ketchup on a hot dog is not a real Chicagoan.  Come out and enjoy Bill (always a hit at the Library), a hot dog, and a beer!
