Join us for an empowering Pelvic Health Fitness Class designed to strengthen your core, enhance flexibility, and promote overall well-being. Physical Therapists from Core Fitness & Physical Therapy with specialized training in pelvic health therapy will be hosting a 1 hour exercise class with focus on pelvic health. The class will incorporate exercises that support pelvic floor strength, stability, and alignment. Discover how to connect your body, improve posture, and boost confidence with movement. All ages welcome.
