Certified yoga instructor Joan Zigulich of Yoga Pathway will lead you in a chair yoga practice through Zoom. This gentle form of yoga consists of simple movements to strengthen and stretch the whole body all while seated in a chair.

Register for an hour slot and help decorate the teen room for Reading Colors Your World Summer Reading Program.  Paint the windows, hang bunting, make signs and banners or curate a book display!  Email Ms.
