Improve your functional fitness and mobility through strength training.  Jenny Moody, of Beverly Ride-On, will lead a strength class designed to improve longevity and decrease the rick of injury.

Teens and adults are needed to help out at the Stacks Social Club meetings.  Your tasks include assisting young adults with disabilities with crafts and activities, setting up, and cleaning up!
