Tech Time Drop-In is an opportunity for patrons to ask “how-to” technology questions and get assistance with using their personal devices from our Evergreen Park Community High School Tech Interns.

Preschool Storytime combines stories and songs for kids from 3-5 years old.  Please register.  

Be a high school reading buddy! Earn service hours and foster a love of reading.

Reading Buddies is a literacy program for children in grades K-5. Children choose a library book, read aloud to their high school reading buddy, play games, and work on homework!

Do you love the gooey and stretchy ooze of slime? Come hone your slime skills and leave with your very own valen-slime creation.  For kids in grades 3-5.

Adults with limited knowledge of computers can learn the main components, mouse, keyboard and common terminology. This is a hands-on class. 

Join us to make something fun with your little one.

Drop in to the Library for a different free play activity every Friday after school anytime from 3pm to 4:45pm.  For kids in 5th grade and younger.

Join us for a morning of dancing and bubbles!  For kids ages 2 through 6.

Do you want to take a magical adventure? Try Dungeons & Dragons. D & D is a tabletop fantasy role-playing game! Just bring your imagination. All levels of play are welcomed.

Teens and adults are needed to help out at the Stacks Social Club meetings.  Your tasks include assisting young adults with disabilities with crafts and activities, setting up, and cleaning up!

Enjoy stories, songs, rhymes and fun for you and your baby!  For babies from birth through 17 months with a caregiver. There is no Baby Bookworm on January 19.  Please register.

Kids in grades 3-5 are invited to fold, create, and have fun making awesome paper creations.

Toddler Time is an interactive story time program for children ages 18-35 months and their adult caregivers. Please register.

Build domino runs, then knock them down!  We'll supply the dominoes and challenge cards, you bring your creativity!

Musician and historian Clarence Goodman will perform and discuss the history of where, when and how the collective African American voice truly began to resound in honor of Black History Month. 

Grab your crochet hook, knitting needles, or sewing kit and join other crafters for some social stiching! Show off your WIP (work in progress), get some tips, or just drop in.
