A healthy, energetic body needs to feel relaxed while strong, flexible, mobile and well balanced. We can reduce stress in a most wonderful way while improving balance and agility. Breathing techniques and exercises geared to make you smile while having the time of your life will be introduced. Increased coordination will be part of this workshop so that you can enjoy every social event you attend. Bring a friend and double your fun. Elaine Gotfryd-Noonan, M.S., SME – With a Masters Degreesin Exercise Science and Library Science, Stress Management Educator and a professional dancer/instructor, Elaine’s workshops are in high demand. Ms. Gotfryd-Noonan promotes enthusiasm with her energetic and passionate approach to life, health and wellness. Opening the Tony Bennett show with dancers is one of many moments we have “hit the dance floor running”.
