Program Description

Event Details

Joan Zigulich teaches you to exercise, relax, focus and strengthen your mind and body through postures and breathing. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or towel. Parents must sign a release form before your child can participate.  For young people in grades 2-8.
